Tesa uses an online booking system for all MISC GIQ Coal Inductions. To make a booking go to http://www.tesa.com.au//coalcoreinductions.htm. Find the Date or the Location you wish to attend and select. Under the Location it states how many seats are available; we only take a maximum of 14 inductees at one induction. Once you have selected the date you wish to attend it will then start the registration process. Once you confirm the registration you will be asked to pay via credit card. If you do not pay the booking will not be CONFIRMED. We only accept payment online.

How do I book multiple inductees?

Once you have selected the date you wish to attended and completed to initial registration form it will allow you at the bottom to add another Employee, select this and complete the next form for the following inductee, continue this process until you have completed and click Complete Registration. This will bring up the review screen if you need to make any changes click on the pencil next to inductee name to change details or the cross to delete inductee.

How do I pay? VISA or MasterCard

Click the Pay by Credit Card button once you have reviewed details of registrant/s, this will then deduct the amount from the credit card immediately; this will confirm induction and issue a receipt.

How do I know if the booking has gone through?

You will receive a confirmation to your email (email address supplied on the registration form) in less than 2 minutes of booking, if this is not the case, please email inductions@tesa.com.au to check or call 1300 082 622.

How to make a cancellation or change to date of a booking?

Cancellation of attendance to any courses must be confirmed in writing two (5) working days prior to the commencement of the course to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 25% the cost of the course if cancelled within 3 - 5 working days before induction date. If there is Non Attendance or within 2 working days there will be no refund of the cost. If you need to cancel, please send an email to inductions@tesa.com.au with a copy of the confirmation.
