TESA Training Services specialise in the delivery of nationally accredited certifications in Surface Coal Mining Operations, Underground Coal Operations and Coal Preparation.

- Mine Training Program – Provides an insight and overview of the mining industry with participants having a head start in the completion of Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations.
- On-site Trainers and Assessors – Experience in the mining industry coupled with tertiary education which includes each Assessor holding current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment certification as a minimum.
- Accredited short courses including first aid, fatigue management, fire fighting, white card and confined spaces.

Our apprenticeship and traineeship employment services are not restricted by age or gender, with those interested in commencing a career and those looking to re-enter the workforce encouraged to apply. Throughout the duration of the program trainees learn to safely perform tasks and competently operate mining machinery relevant to the qualification. Assessment involves observation, questioning, checking of relevant documentation and demonstration.
