Cancellation of attendance to any courses must be confirmed in writing two (2) working days prior to the commencement of the course to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 50% the cost of the course. If you need to cancel, please send an email to inductions@tesa.com.au and also attach a copy of your invoice. If a refund or credit note is needed provide proof of payment.

How Can I pay?

Online - VISA or MasterCard

There is a Pay by Credit Card button, which will deduct from credit card straight away, this will confirm induction and issue a receipt.

Offline- By Purchase Order Number, EFT or Cheque

If you choose not to pay by credit card online, the is a button to select Pay by PO Number, the Purchase order number box needs to be filled out for this function, a copy of PO number remittance needs to be sent to inductions@tesa.com.au for the induction to be secure. Once this button has been selected a Tax Invoice will be emailed to email supplied on registration form. This is the ONLY invoice you will receive, on the bottom is payment options and our Bank account details. Payment terms are strictly 14 days only. Please use Reciept number as reference number and email remittance to inductions@tesa.com.au.

Can I pay on the day to the trainer?

No. the reason behind this is as you know things can be lost, and the trainer does not have the facilities to process or accept cheques on the day. Please post cheques to PO Box 3128, Singleton NSW 2330, or the EFT details are on the bottom of you invoice.

How are invoices issued when using Purchase order numbers, EFT or Cheques?

Invoices are generated and emailed to the email on the registration form instantly. If you haven't received this then your booking has not gone through, please email inductions@tesa.com.au to check or call 1300 082 622. We can re issue an invoice on request.

The invoice has the inductees name and not the companies

This means that you have filled out the registration form correctly and not supplied to Companies name. To have this amended please email you incorrect invoice to inductions@tesa.com.au and detail changes.

How do I know if the booking has gone through?

You will receive a Tax invoice to your email (email address supplied on the registration form) in less than 2 minutes of booking, if this is not the case, please email inductions@tesa.com.au to check or call 1300 082 622. When do bookings close and Maximum number of participants?

All inductions except Tahmoor close at 3pm the day before the induction, there is only 20 people maximum per class and there is no leniency on this

What do I need to bring on the day?

  • Drivers Licence and TWMS card (if you have one)
  • Pen
  • PPE clothing (TAHMOOR ONLY)
  • Enclosed footwear

How long is the Xstrata Coal NSW Surface + CHPP valid for?

Validation is 3 years from date of induction.

Is lunch supplied?

Yes lunch is supplied
